New Bangkok International Airport - United Airlines Schedule

The new Bangkok International Airport will open to commercial airline flights on September 27, 2006. This new facility will provide customers traveling on United Airlines with an enhanced travel experience to and from Thailand.

United’s schedule will transition as follows:

• UA 837 / 27 Sep NRT – BKK 18:25 – 23:05
• UA 852 / 28 Sep BKK – NRT 06:50 – 15:00

Here’s what you need to know:

• Airport name: Suvarnabhumi (pronounced su-wan-na-poom) Bangkok International Airport (SBIA)
• Airport code: BKK
• Location: Racha Thewa in the Bang Phli district of Samut Prakan province, 30 kilometers east of Bangkok
• United’s Departure and Check-in information:
  • Departure Level 4, Passenger Terminal Building
  • Entry Door #5 or 6 (curbside)
  • Check-in Island L
  • Check-in positions 1-10
  • To comply with security procedures passengers should arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to departure.
