Harmony in Hawaii Cruise Members
Topic: Breaking Travel NewsPosted February 13, 2008Dear Harmony in Hawaii Cruise Members,
Norwegian Cruise Line notified Witte Travel & Tours this morning, February 12, that the Pride of Aloha, the ship on which you were scheduled to cruise, will not be sailing on November 9th. This ship has been sold and will leave the NCL fleet as of May, 2008. We are currently in negotiations with the cruise line's executive staff with the goal of working out a comparable cruise for you on board another NCL ship, the Pride of America.
You have our assurance that we will be working "around the clock" to resolve this matter and we are confident that our efforts will result in being able to replace your original travel plans with an excellent alternative. Please be patient and allow us sufficient time to put all of the new arrangements in place. On or before February 22, a Witte Travel & Tours staff member will contact you personally by telephone with complete information.
While you're waiting to hear from us, please do not call Norwegian Cruise Line directly -- Since yours is a special group cruise tour, all communications must be handled through our office.
Sincerely,
WITTE TRAVEL & TOURS
