Harmony in Hawaii Cruise Members Update

Dear Harmony in Hawaii Cruise Members,

It is nearing the end of the deadline for you to cancel with a full refund from Norwegian Cruise Line. That deadline is Friday, March 7th. All cancellations have to be in to the cruise line by 5:00 p.m. EST. Our office has contacted almost all of you personally, and we would like to thank you for your patience and kindness in this transition.

If we have not heard from you, please try to contact our office as soon as possible. You can email your response to kathrync@wittetravel.com or cindyg@wittetravel.com. After March 7th, we will assume that you are still planning to cruise with us on November 8th on the Pride of America, which will now depart at 10:00 p.m. Also, we will assume that you do not require any special air arrangements on November 9 due to a conflict on November 8th, and that you will not require a hotel stay on November 15th in Oahu.

Also, it has been brought to our attention that there is some confusion on how to handle air reimbursements from the cruise line. For those of you who have decided to change your air tickets and are due the reimbursement, here is the procedure to handle this in a timely manner. If you want, you can still call the 866-625-1164 number at Norwegian Cruise Line Customer Relations. They should explain how to send in for your reimbursement.

1) Please make copies of the new charges you have incurred.
2) With the copies of your charges, please write down a statement requesting the air reimbursement. You will need to include your booking number for the cruise, sailing date, and names, so you will need to contact our office for this information.
3) Make sure you send the correct address where you would like the reimbursement sent. Also be sure all this information is legible, as the cruise line will not call you to verify names and/or addresses.
4) Fax these pages to 305-436-4108, Norwegian Cruise Line Customer Relations.

This refund will take a few weeks, so please be patient with the process. The cruise line is dealing with many other sailing dates, so they will be handling the reimbursements as quickly as they can.

We will be sending out payment reminders for your next payment by the 14th of March. On each reminder, there will be a confirmation of your new cabin number; whether you need air arrangements on November 9th; and also if you will require a hotel room on November 15th. Please look this information over carefully.

Again, thank you all for your patience and understanding during this transition. We feel the worst is behind us now and we can all look forward to having a marvelous time in Hawaii!!!
