Vincentian Family-Dallas
Featuring the 350th Anniversary of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac
This heritage pilgrimage, directed by Father Tony Ruiz and Father John Rybolt, is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Beginning in Rome and the Vatican City, the group will have the opportunity to attend the solemn co-celebration at St. Peter’s Basilica on September 25 in honor of the 350th anniversary of the death of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac. After several days in Rome, the group will fly to France. Father John Rybolt, a world-renowned scholar on Saint Vincent de Paul and Vincentian history, will offer participants a unique and very special opportunity to learn about St. Vincent de Paul. In addition to Paris and environs, other tour highlights throughout France include Dax (the birthplaces of St. Vincent de Paul), Carcassonne, Pont du Gard, Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne (where St. Vincent de Paul was a pastor), Beaune, and Joigny.
