Groups of 10 or More
Unlike most travel agencies, we do not require names to hold seats for groups. As soon as trip plans are firm, we suggest blocking space for the group. All we need are the travel dates and destination. (Other restrictions apply.)We provide airport check-in service for most Grand Rapids and Chicago departing groups. This is especially helpful in the event of a flight delay.
We can also assist you with Passport/Visa services as needed.
Optional trip cancellation insurance protects travel investments should there be a medical emergency either with the traveler or his/her immediate family.
We offer flexibility by allowing extended stays for members of the group.
Each group member receives a customized travel application. We make sure we have all the necessary information for each group member, such as their name as it appears on their passport (when required), home phone and addresses, emergency contact etc...
Rail Europe ticket and passes are issued in our office. Witte Travel is the only agency in West Michigan with a direct link to Rail Europe's computer in Paris, saving the group members the usual $10 handling fee charged by most agencies.
We handle it all. Hotel and car rentals can be arranged as needed.
