All concerts were very good to excellent. The highlight was the final concert in Hungary, followed by delicious homemade food at the post concert supper. Some of his chaperones have exchanged recipes with Hungarian ladies and some of his students have become Facebook friends with Hungarian kids!

The choir was absolutely fantastic. What a sound! We are delighted and glad and even in raptures. It was a wonderful evening.

– Elfriede K., Matzen, Austria

We had great concert experiences. It was especially wonderful to perform in St. Stephan’s in Vienna.

I was at the concert in Ljubljana and I really loved the repertoire of the choir. The concert was inspiring. I also hear very positive comments from Croatia. Both of the churches were completely full. In Dubrovnik, they even performed in front of the church at the end of the concert. Kind of jazzy improvisation. Loads of people gathered around them and I think they were really enjoying themselves.

On the last evening, we had an opportunity for the group to reflect on the whole tour. It was quite moving to hear what impression this tour made on them—all of it positive. Here are the words of one of the students: ‘One thing that people said as they thanked us for our music: music is a universally uniting thing and can be used to bring people together in a way that nothing else can. Thank you for providing this incredible opportunity to see a different corner of God’s world.’

– Mike S., South Africa

…thanks for the wonderful tour our group experienced! Our gang was really impressed with food, accommodations, tour driver and manager, and venues.

Initial impressions—very, very pleased…in the Florilège Vocal de Tours International Competition we took three prizes worth over 3000 Euro, including the Renaissance category and the Prix du Ministere de la Culture…The concert in Arras was magnificent—full house, must have been 600 people there. It was quite extraordinary—treated by the locals like conquering heroes. Performances at the memorials were very emotional. La Madeleine also great and well-promoted.

We were so happy that our church was filled to overflowing on Friday night for the concert. What a fine program they presented. The audience, mostly older people, was moved to tears. I was quite impressed with their fine musical qualities and they presented a nice balance of different musical styles with some wonderful audience involvement. A real first class musical event…Thanks for asking us to host them in Estes Park—people will remember this forever!

– Derald D., Estes Park, Colorado

Oh my gosh! The boys were absolutely wonderful. We all had a very lovely time! I think it was one of the coolest events we have ever had here—I loved, loved, loved it! I hope they will come back again!

– Gayle M., Glenwood Springs, Colorado

What a fantastic tour we had! Mr. Daziano was his usual, gracious self. The mayor of Gien was also so gracious and welcoming to our group. It was a fantastic experience for our students…Thank you for all of your work to make this such a successful tour!

– Pam M.

…the weekend with the choir was delightful. Everything went like clockwork and everyone enjoyed it. The concert on Sunday was to a full church. Something we haven’t had for a long time. Thanks for all your help.

– Peter G., Barton-Upon-Humber

The tour was absolutely fantastic. Everything was first-rate from the hotel to the meals. Loren was a delight—he is extremely good at making everything run perfectly. Thanks for all you did to make this tour happen!
