Group Air Coordinator
Are you an experienced travel professional looking to apply your expertise to a new challenge within the industry? Witte Travel & Tours is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our Group Air department and assist clients with group air arrangements at the best possible price and schedule.
The Group Air Coordinator (GAC) operates as part of the Group Air team within our Groups department and works with groups of 10+ passengers who require “air-only” arrangements, as opposed to a full tour. The GAC will serve as a liaison between the airline and the client (the Group Leader) to negotiate special airfare rates and manage all deadlines and financials. The GAC will also secure hotel accommodations, rail passes, car rentals, and other products as requested.
This position is full-time (Monday-Friday) in the office during regular business hours. The ideal candidate will have professional work experience in the travel industry, with a preference for those with group or corporate travel experience.
