Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, with an emphasis in Tourism and double minors in Adventure Tourism and Business. Her most memorable travel experience was the time she spent living in New Zealand, where she felt immersed in the culture and community. What’s next on her travel bucket list? “Japan has been calling my name…” Erika’s favorite part about her job is getting to dream up itineraries and routings and see them put into motion. “I love being able to cater to specific requests and really putting a tour together that is hopefully just as dreamy as it was to create!”
