From my very first contact and communications with Mindy Miller and Kristina Choura in August, and subsequent correspondence and conversation throughout September and now October, I have been greatly impressed by you and your colleague’s professional and gracious manner and excellent service, all of which are much appreciated and for which I and my planning partners extend grateful thanks. This tour has generated much enthusiasm, and we look forward to working with you in close cooperation as the Germany tour further develops. Again, many thanks for providing such excellent and personable service. 

I initially requested 5 travel companies to price the itinerary that I had tentatively laid out. Only Kristina at Witte came back with suggestions about how to improve the trip and an approximate cost. I really appreciated her help. I dreaded the task of collecting money for tips; spoke to Kristina about that and no problem, she included it in the price. At every step, she was there to guide me and to assist me. I was also impressed when Dan drove over from Grand Rapids to meet with prospective travelers and then to meet with us again for send off. No travel company had ever done that for me before. When our flight out of Amsterdam was canceled due to weather, Witte came through with plans to bus us to Paris for a flight. The accommodations were excellent and the trip went smooth. I cannot imagine planning another trip with any company other than Witte.
