Cathy is amazing at her job. I had the privilege and pleasure of watching her in action while she coordinated our trip to Maui juggling 6 people, two rental cars, two resorts, and a layover. I used her a second time for a short trip to Seattle when I became frustrated trying to find my own flight. I simply told her my needs and she made it happen perfectly.
